If you are a parent or guardian and you want to see, change, or delete your child’s information, this page tells you exactly how.

1.

How to Reach Us

FOUR STAR GROUP INC

340 Millburn Ave, Millburn, NJ 07041

(973) 437-7603

Privacy and child-data requests: privacy@userusty.com

General support: support@userusty.xyz

We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days. Requests about a child’s information are handled by a person, not an automated system.

2.

Your Rights as a Parent

For your child’s personal information, you may at any time and without giving a reason:

  • Review it — see everything Rusty holds about your child.
  • Export it — get a machine-readable copy.
  • Correct it — fix a name, age, grade, or preference.
  • Refuse further collection — turn a feature off, or archive the profile, and we stop collecting.
  • Withdraw consent — revoke any permission you gave.
  • Delete it — remove one child, or your entire account and family.
3.

Doing It Yourself in the App

The fastest route is in the app, because you are already signed in as the verified parent.

Review and export

Parent Settings → Privacy & Data → choose the child → Export this child’s data. The file is built on demand and is not stored on our servers.

Correct

Parent Settings → the child’s profile → edit name, age, grade, goals, or preferences.

Change or withdraw consent

Parent Settings → Privacy & Data → Consent choices. Turning one off stops that processing going forward. Turning off voice stops Rusty’s spoken tutoring.

Delete

Parent Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete this child’s data, or Delete my account to remove the whole family. Stored files are removed before the records that point at them, and if any part fails we tell you instead of claiming success.

4.

Asking Us Instead

Email privacy@userusty.com and tell us what you want to do and the name of the child profile. Because these requests concern a child’s information, we will take reasonable steps to confirm you are that child’s parent before we act — usually by asking you to send the request from the email address on the account, or to complete the adult check again.

We will never ask you to email us a photo of your ID, a card number, or a Social Security number to prove who you are. If you ever receive a message claiming to be Rusty and asking for those, it is not from us.
5.

If a Feature Stops Working

Some information is necessary for an activity to function. If you withdraw consent for it, that activity stops. We will not withhold unrelated parts of the app, and we will never require more information than an activity reasonably needs.

6.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, contact us again at privacy@userusty.com and ask for it to be escalated. You may also contact the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at ftc.gov or the FTC’s children’s privacy hotline at COPPAhotline@ftc.gov.
